Our classes are designed to ensure that all fitness levels can participate and progress when they feel up to it.

We have designed all our classes to cover all skill levels from the beginner right through to advanced.

Yes, all of our trained instructors will guide you through every step of the way.

Of course, we have 2 options available. We offer a 1 week trial pass for $20 or a casual class option.

Our classes are for both men and women.

For Muay Thai you will need 1o or 16oz gloves to start. We also suggest wearing light cooler clothing as you do get a sweat going once things move along.

For Boxing you will need 10 or 16oz gloves to start. We also suggest wearing light cooler clothing as you do get a sweat going once things move along.

For Brazilian Jiu Jitsu you will need a Gi – Gi’s can be hired or purchased from our reception if you do not have one.

For MMA you will need MMA training gloves or 16oz gloves, shin guards and mouth guard.

We have 3 children’s classes for Muay Thai catering for 5-8 year olds and 9-13 year olds.

We have 3 children’s classes for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu catering for 5-8 year olds and 9-13 year olds.

If you want to get ahead fast we suggest this is the best way to go. Train with one of our champion fighters as they show you the tips and tricks needed to further your training.

Awesome! Don’t believe us see what our testimonials say. But seriously if you want to burn fat and have fun doing it there is no better way than doing it with a martial art like Muay Thai, Boxing or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Matrix Gym uses Ezypay payment systems. As a Member you agree to the Direct Debit agreement as the means of payment for Membership Fees.

How to cancel your membership.

Your membership can be cancelled at our reception desk by completing the Matrix Gym cancellation form with one of our staff or you can send a request to cancel by email to info@matrixgym.com with your full name.

We do not accept verbal or text as cancellation of your membership.

Our reception hours are – 3.30pm to 7.30pm Monday to Friday.

There may come a time you wish to suspend your membership if you are taking annual holidays or have an injury/illness.

You can put your membership on hold for a minimum period of 2 weeks and up to a maximum period of 4 weeks suspension per calendar year for holidays/short term injury or illness.

Short term Training or Work related Injuries are not cause for cancellation of your membership.

A maximum injury period of 8 weeks per calendar year is an option for any major injuries you may suffer (eg broken bones). Suspension can be activated once a doctors medical certificate has been presented.

To suspend a membership you must give an on hold Start date & a re-commencement date.

All contact regarding your suspension can be made at the reception desk or must be in writing by email. (not verbal or text)
