Intermediate Muay Thai Timetable
Our Muay Thai intermediate Program at Matrix is designed for the person whose primary focus is to improve their knowledge of Muay Thai and advance their skill level. This advanced class also requires a certain level of fitness before you can participate. Its a high intensity workout giving you an idea of the level of training & commitment required for fight training.
The Muay Thai intermediate program focuses on the technical aspects of Muay Thai. Learn the finer technical points of how to Punch, Kick, Knee, Elbow and Stand up Clinching. Training sessions will include footwork, targeted pad work, partner drills, work using a punch and kick bag, plyometrics & body conditioning.
